Official: ZUK Z2 smartphone based on the Exynos 8890 chipset
ZUK company has managed to announce the flagship smartphone ZUK Z2 Pro. And just yesterday, the company’s management released a new smartphone ZUK Z2 image. The disappearance of his name “Pro” consoles can count on the fact that the new product will be a simplified version of the original flagship.
But it seems that our expectations were not met. And today, the head of ZUK Chang Cheng (Chang Cheng) described the use of the smartphone top chipset Samsung Exynos 8890, which is the basis of today’s flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.
This Chan Cheng chose a rather interesting way to talk about this particular ZUK Z2. According to the head ZUK he spent with the Z2 ZUK all day, and Exynos 8890 proved to be a good side. Then Chan Cheng mentioned the name of the vice-president of Meizu Nana Lee (Li Nan), noting that “great minds think alike”, clearly alluding to the long-standing cooperation Meizu and Samsung with its chipset Exynos.
And now we wonder about why ZUK decided to release a smartphone ZUK the Z2 chipset Exynos 8890, when the company already has flagship ZUK Z2 Pro, based on the Snapdragon 820 hardware platform? Moreover, both the smartphone have a similar design and, in fact, differ only in the back of the camera unit, which in the case of ZUK Z2 can get a little weaker performance.
Although ZUK Z2 can be positioned by the manufacturer as an option ZUK Z2 Pro, allows users to select the chipset used in the gadget.
