Beelink GT-King Pro First REVIEW: We Found The Most Powerful Android TV box!
In early August 2019, Beelink launched its new TV box – Beelink GT King. It was one of the most powerful Android TV boxes on the market. It allows not only to watch video in high resolution, but even play games.
A couple of days ago, Beelink introduced an updated version of TV box – Beelink GT-King Pro. This is an even more powerful and improved TV set-top box compared to the previous model.
Beelink GT-King Pro is the new Android TV box, which is powered by Amlogic S922X-H processor. It supports 7.1 audio systems and DTS Listen + Dolby Audio technology. The new device plays video in 4K resolution. Another advantage is a big choice of ports and interfaces, which is rare for compact TV boxes.
Let’s start our first review of Beelink GT-King Pro with design, and then we’ll talk about specs, price and where to buy cheaper.

Beelink GT-King Pro: Design
The new TV box has a classic design with square shape. Unlike the previous model, which is made of plastic, Beelink GT-King Pro received a metal body. According to manufacturer, metal case provides better heat dissipation and better performance of TV box.
Most likely, you have already noticed bright blue color and a large image of skull on the top panel. They make Beelink GT-King Pro look more aggressive, vibrant and recognizable. Game lovers should appreciate this design.
By the way, the previous model also had a skull image, and the eyes were highlighted in green during games.
The dimensions of TV Box are quite compact – 11.90 x 11.90 x 1.79 cm. The weight is about 380 grams.
On the front panel of new Beelink device is an IR receiver to control TV Box using the remote control. We can see the inscription in white letters “Connect to a Wonderful Life” on infrared receiver. There is also a small LED.
As we already said, Beelink GT-King Pro is equipped with a large number of interfaces. Let’s take a closer look at them.
On the rear panel there is 3.5 mm audio jack, LAN, HDMI, RS232, DC port and round button to power on TV box.
On the left side are two USB 3.0 connectors and SD card slot. You can use a memory card up to 4 TB.
On the right side we can see two more ports: USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.
On the side faces under the connectors are the cooling grilles.
By the way, together with TV box you will get a remote control with voice control. As you know, the control with voice commands is much simpler and faster than typing the text via virtual keyboard.
Beelink GT-King Pro: Specifications
As we wrote above, the new Beelink GT-King Pro TV box is powered by Amlogic S922X-H. This is hexa-core processor with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal memory.
We think that 64 GB of memory is enough to store videos, photos and apps. However, you can increase storage with a memory card up to 4 TB.
As for GPU, ARM Mali-G52 MP6 is used. The main processor and GPU provide fast and stable performance even when launching powerful or heavy games.
The new TV Box runs on Android 9.0 operating system. As you know, Android mobile platform provides the maximum freedom, so Beelink GT-King Pro can be used to listen to music, watch movies, games, social media, and much more.
The main difference between Beelink GT-King Pro and other Chinese TV boxes is its compatibility with high-quality external audio systems.
Beelink GT-King Pro is compatible with 7.1 audio systems. It is also equipped with Dolby Audio with a DTS Listen + Dolby Audio decoder.
For comparison, the previous Beelink GT King TV box only supported 5.1 audio systems.
Another advantage of Beelink GT-King Pro is its four sound processing chips. Two ESS DAC-ES9018 chips act as an audio decoder, while the other two – Ricore RT6862 – are responsible for amplifying the audio signal.
The new TV box supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and Ethernet RJ-45, 1000 Mbps.
The combination of all the specifications makes it clear that Beelink GT-King Pro can easily run 4K video.
The manufacturer says that built-in HDMI port supports 4K video playback up to 75 FPS. It also offers full support for 3D video content.
Beelink GT-King Pro: Price and buy
You can buy Beelink GT-King Pro for $140. In my opinion, this is a good price for one of the most powerful Android TV boxes of 2019. Beelink GT-King Pro can run even the heaviest Android games, as well as play videos in 4K.
Also, TV set-top box supports voice control, Android 9.0, Dolby Audio and 7.1 audio systems. Not bad, right?
