KF607 First REVIEW: Folding 4K Drone with Two Cameras 2019

KF607: Design
KF607 is really very small quadcopter. Its size in folded state is only 13.6 x 8.5 x 6 cm. It easily fits in a small hand. The size in unfolded state is 27 x 26 x 6 cm. The weight of the drone is only 320 grams.
The body of KF607 is made of plastic. It comes in matte black color only.
The drone looks simple but stylish. The manufacturer says that it is suitable for both adults and children over 8 years old.
As usual, there is a camera lens on the front side. It is movable up and down. The second camera for shooting objects on the ground is located on the bottom.
Next to the camera is a small leg, on which the drone stands before takeoff and after landing. The foot protects the camera from damage or scratches.
To get the battery, you must click on the button on the top panel.
On the sides are four folding propellers with screws. Each of the propellers has a strip with white LED light. The backlight is necessary to see the drone in the dark or in low light. Also, under the two rear propellers are small legs for a safe landing.
To fold KF607 drone, you need to move the propeller blades to each other, and press the legs to the drone case.
KF607 Drone: Remote Control
KF607 package includes a remote control. The remote control is made in the same black matte color as the drone itself. The remote has two retractable handles for installing a smartphone.
Moving joysticks are used to control the flight of the drone. Also, the remote has four buttons for switching modes and settings. Four LEDs indicate the battery level. The icons next to the buttons will help you figure out what each of them is for.
There is a USB Type-C connector to connect the remote control with a smartphone on the back side.
KF607: Flight modes and functions
The main feature of KF607 drone are two cameras. They shoot HD video and photos resolution of 4096 x 3072 pixels. The viewing angle is 120 degrees. The front camera moves 90 degrees up/down.
KF607 is able to fly at a distance of no more than 100 meters from the remote control. However, this is enough to take pictures or shoot a video from a bird’s eye view.
KF607 drone has many useful functions. Let’s look at the most interesting of them. First, the new quadcopter allows you to take an instant photo or selfie. To do this, it is needed to turn the drone to you with front camera, and show two fingers. After 3 seconds, the drone will take a picture of you.
If you want to record a video, then show the open hand in front of the camera. The drone will begin to follow you and record the video. As you can see, the drone supports gesture control, which is very convenient.
As we already said, the quadcopter can simultaneously shoot video on two cameras, and broadcast the image on the smartphone screen.
The settings in application on your smartphone allow adding different filters on video, as well as music and effects. Now you do not need a computer or laptop to edit the footage.
KF607 has another interesting feature called “Portrait mode”. Click on your own or someone else’s face on the smartphone screen, and the drone will begin to follow the selected person and record video. Awesome!
Also, you can draw a drone’s flight path on the map in phones’ app, and KF607 will follow the set route.
As you already understood, the new budget drone 2019 has a companion app on smartphone. The drone is connected with smartphone via Wi-Fi network.

As for the battery, KF607 has a fairly large 1800mAh battery. One battery charge is enough for 16-18 minutes of flight.
