Lenovo makes great efforts for people to but their products. We know from insiders, that new smartphone from Lenovo will have dual camera and eight-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 625. Most likely, this device will be called Motorola Moto X (2017).

Motorola Moto X (2017): Design

Motorola Moto X looks outlandish, somewhat aggressive. The phone is completely in metal, only behind it are plastic inserts from below and from above. The front 5.5 inch screen with Full HD resolution occupies about 80% of the front panel. The frames are not very thick. There is a conversational speaker on the top of the device, a front camera with a flash, and a proximity sensor.

On the lower part, everything is also not so rosy: there is a button with fingerprint sensor, but “home” button is not used, instead, control buttons are onscreen.

If you look at the back of Motorola Moto X (2017), you can see the amusing face of hero WALL E. Seriously, why make a double camera in circle form? Below the camera there is also a circular company logo. The colors are not yet known, buy we expect black and gold.

Motorola Moto X (2017): Performance

Motorola Moto X works on Snapdragon 625 processor. Although this chipset was released at the end of 2016, it still feels good in synthetic tests. Antutu shows  result of 63000 scores. The chip is built on a 14nm process technology, has 8 cores Cortex-A53 with a frequency of up to 2GHz.

The graphics accelerator is Adreno 506. It helps to play demanding games like Asphalt or World of Tanks on medium-high settings with a comfortable fps.

You can choose model with 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in memory. In principle, it is a standard set for the mid-price segment, but there is one “but”: RAM runs at 933MHz, which is quite a bit.

The battery is not yet known, most likely the capacity will be about 3000 mAh. Live photos shows Android 7.1. We think that it will be possible to upgrade to Android 8.

Though the cameras became the main advantage of Motorola Moto X (2017), nothing is known about them in detail. The insider, whose name Roland Kwand, told only that the resolution of one camera – 13MP. About the second camera and the front camera is known nothing. All ports are available, even 3.5mm audio jack.

We don’t know about release date Motorola Moto X (2017), but we believe that Lenovo will show the phone in the near future. The price has not been disclosed yet, but knowing the policy of the corporation, we can say that at least $400.
